We are proud to share the exciting news that Lee Hopkins has been promoted to the role of Operations Director at Industrial Cooling Equipment Ltd, effective immediately.
Lee brings with him over three decades of experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry. He began his career in 1993 as a Sales and Contracts Manager, building a strong foundation in technical expertise and client-focused service. Since joining ICE Ltd in 2017, Lee has contributed significantly to the business, initially in a sales capacity before stepping into the role of Head of Projects and Operations.
Throughout his time with ICE, Lee has been instrumental in delivering high-quality projects, strengthening operational processes, and fostering a collaborative culture across teams. His commitment to excellence, leadership capability, and deep understanding of our industry make him a natural fit for this new position.
Lee’s promotion comes at an exciting time for ICE Ltd as we continue to drive forward with our vision for innovation, growth, and long-term value for our clients and partners. Strengthening our leadership team with talent like Lee is key to delivering on that mission.
