There’s a massive shortage of decent engineers within our industry and an even bigger shortage of engineers that are competent in working on the variety of equipment that we serve at ICE.
To over come this problem and as part of our growing commitment to attracting the very best talent, we have developed our Apprenticeship Programme to feed our demand for engineers as we grow.
Our first apprentice enrolment of the year Liam Perryman started last week. He has been out this week shadowing our Service Engineers at our customers sites.
Currently over 50% of our engineers have come through the programme.
