Thomas was working as a manager at a frozen food company and has had first hand knowledge of the critical role refrigeration plays in the food industry. He decided to take the leap into a new career and learning the trade.
Thomas will be shadowing our Installation and Service Engineers at our customers sites, along with attending college in Liverpool where he will be studying for an NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning on day release.
