ICE Ltd offers a comprehensive range of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning service and maintenance packages to our clients throughout the UK. Serving industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, education and retail, our Service Department offers a wide range of services, such as pre-programmed maintenance contracts, 24-hour emergency call out and repair work.
The USP of our business is our flexibility and response times. Having established our business in the refrigeration sector, we are used to providing benefits such as 4-hour responses times, out of hours call out service and going the extra mile to get your system back up and running. This service then transfers through to the air conditioning and HVAC parts of our business.
Using an all-in-one digital management system to support our operation, ICE can allocate jobs based on real-time data such as engineer location and availability. We can share job information, directions to site, workflows, digital risk assessments and past history of equipment with our engineers. Digital jobcards, maintenance reports, recommendations and quotations for urgent repairs can then be shared with our clients instantly following our engineers’ visit.
If required we can provide a response time of within 4 hours.

Please call 01928 568800 – your call will be logged and an estimated time of arrival for our engineer will be given. We aim to attend emergency breakdowns within 4 hours.

Out of Hours
For our PPM contracted clients, we offer a 24/7/365 out of hours call out facility.
If you require an out of hours response, please call 01928 568800, follow the instructions and Press 1, and your call will be transferred through to the on-call engineer. The mobile number of the Head of Service will also be provided in case of any issues.
Our call out engineers can usually respond instantly with immediate dispatch.
